Kurrah Mia is an Aboriginal owned and operated tour company, art gallery and retail outlet based in Albany, Western Australia.
Using the knowledge and stories passed down by the Elders and by walking on Boodja (Country) that the Noongar ancestors were custodians of for thousands of years for hunting and gathering, for ceremonial rituals, marriages and daily life provides Kurrah Mia’s Noongar tour guides with a unique and privileged opportunity to showcase this ancient culture and landscape.
Run by Noongar people from the Albany region, our retail outlet and gallery sells Aboriginal art and craft from artists mainly from the Noongar Nation and a selection of educational books, dual language stories for young people, bush foods and medicine books.
